Property tab

To access this tab: Click the Incidents icon on the toolbar, then click Add or Change. Select the Property tab.

Note: This tab only becomes available if the incident is flagged as involving property damage when it is added.

• Description of Property Damage

  Enter details of the property damage caused by a incident or accident. Type the details of the damage in the field provided.

• View all assets

  Tick this check box to view all assets.

• Link Selected Asset to Incident

  Click this button to link a selected hazard to the incident.

• By ID subtab

  Displays assets according to their ID code.

• By Name subtab

  Displays assets according to their name in alphabetical order.

• By Location subtab

  Displays assets according to the work location in which they are situated.

• By Department subtab

  Displays assets according to the department in which they are located.

• By Asset Type subtab

  Displays assets according to their type.
