Use this screen to enter and store the details of an action to be performed in relation to an employee, a hazard, an incident or accident, a health monitoring result or a meeting.
This should be a one-line brief summary of the requirement. If more description is required, enter it in the Comments field.
Enter the date by which the action needs to be completed by using the calendar lookup button

Click the lookup button
to select the person responsible for ensuring this requirement is actioned. Note that this action will appear in that employee's To Do list.
This is automatically allocated as the "By Whom" employee's department, but can be changed by using the lookup button
to select the department from the Browse Departments screen. If the department does not currently exist, click Add on the Browse Departments screen to add the department.
Actions appear in this department's To Do list.
When the requirement is completed, the date completed should be entered using the lookup button
. By entering a date here, the action is taken off the To Do list and placed in the completed list when it is saved.
When completed, this will default to the By Whom employee. If completed by another employee, select the other employee using the lookup button
.
Any additional comments for the person responsible for actioning the requirement should be entered here.
