Adding a general action

Actions can be added directly to the following entities within the H&S Compliance Manager:

 

 

Actions are added to these entities by attaching an action to an individual employee, hazard incident, health monitoring or meeting record. However, general actions can also be added for areas of health and safety management not listed above.

 

To add an action that is not attached to an entity listed above:

 

  1. Click the Actions icon on the toolbar. The Browse Actions screen opens.

  2. Click Add General Action. The Add Action screen opens.

  3. Complete the details in the Add Action screen.

  4. Click OK.
