To access the Browse Actions window, click the Actions
icon on the toolbar.
The Browse Actions window lists actions that have been set up for employees, hazards, incidents or accidents, health monitoring programmes, meetings or general requirements.
The Actions window displays the following details about each action:
Due date
Completed date
The department responsible for completing the action
The employee responsible for completing the action
You can use the following to filter the actions displayed:
If you select a date range, only actions due to be completed during that date range will be displayed.
If this check box is ticked all uncompleted actions of the selected action types will be displayed.
For example, if you tick the Hazard Actions check box and the Uncompleted check box, all uncompleted hazard actions will be displayed.
If this check box is ticked all completed actions of the selected action types will be displayed.
For example, if you tick the Hazard Actions check box and the Completed check box, all completed hazard actions will be displayed.
If this check box is ticked employee actions will be displayed. Both uncompleted and completed actions can be displayed, depending on whether the Uncompleted and Completed check boxes are ticked.
If this check box is ticked health monitoring actions will be displayed. Both uncompleted and completed actions can be displayed, depending on whether the Uncompleted and Completed check boxes are ticked.
If this check box is ticked rehabilitation actions will be displayed. Both uncompleted and completed actions can be displayed, depending on whether the Uncompleted and Completed check boxes are ticked.
If this check box is ticked hazard actions will be displayed. Both uncompleted and completed actions can be displayed, depending on whether the Uncompleted and Completed check boxes are ticked.
If this check box is ticked incident actions will be displayed. Both uncompleted and completed actions can be displayed, depending on whether the Uncompleted and Completed check boxes are ticked.
If this check box is ticked meetings actions will be displayed. Both uncompleted and completed actions can be displayed, depending on whether the Uncompleted and Completed check boxes are ticked.
If this check box is ticked general actions will be displayed. Both uncompleted and completed actions can be displayed, depending on whether the Uncompleted and Completed check boxes are ticked.
You can also filter actions by viewing them in these tabs:
Displays each type of selected action in chronological order.
Displays the selected actions according to the department in which they will be completed. To view the actions for a particular department, select its name from the ForDepartment dropdown list.
Displays the selected actions according to the person who is responsible for completing them. To view the actions for a particular person, select their name from the By Whom dropdown list.
